RevoChat ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit revochat.tech and use our services, including our integration with Google APIs.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as your name and email address. When you use our Google Calendar integration, we access specific information from your Google account via Google OAuth API services.

2. Use of Google User Data

Our application requests access to your Google Calendar to provide the following features:

• To sync your scheduled appointments and create new events under RevoChat's calendar directly in your Google Calendar.
• To display your free/busy status to prevent double-booking.

We will only request the minimum "scopes" (permissions) necessary to provide these features.

3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

RevoChat's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages (e.g., for technical support), it is necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
• We do not sell your Google user data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We only retain Google user data for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested. You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security Settings.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your Google user data with third-party tool providers or "AI models" unless strictly necessary to provide the service and in compliance with Google's Limited Use policy.
